Would like to propose phase out and redirecting the Hunter Breeding / Pony Breeding resources to other divisions.

Proponent: SAHJA Board
Justification for Proposal: Breeding divisions participation is very poor and resources could be used so support other divisions with greater member participation. Could consider a 2 season "pause" where these Hunter Breeding and Pony Hunter Breeding were not offered and then re-evaulate in 2022.

Would like to propose splitting the Low Ch/Adult into 2 divisions.
-  Low Adult
-  Low Child

Current Division:
Low Hunter - Child/Adult
Open to horses and ponies ridden by a junior or adult amateur rider, over a course of hunter type fences 2'6 in height.

Proposed Divisions:
Low Hunter - Child
Open to horses and ponies ridden by a junior 17&U rider, over a course of hunter type fences 2'6 in height.

Low Hunter - Adult

Open to horses and ponies ridden by an adult amateur 18 & Over rider, over a course of hunter type fences 2'6 in height.

Proponent: SAHJA Board
Justification for proposal:
Demographics show that, at the SAHJA level, the Amateur group is growing and should be recognized to be their own entity.
