The Emerging Jumper division is tracked and awarded year-end as a team. This division is intended to be the step up from the Futures division. Horses and ponies are to show over a jumper type course with fences ranging from 2’5” – 2’7”. Teams eligible for points will be a rider on a horse/pony that has never shown over 2’7”before the current year, or a horse/pony with a rider that has never shown over 2’7” before the current year. Also eligible are a horse/rider team, neither of which has shown over 2’7” before the current year. To be eligible for year-end awards in this division, horse, rider and owner must all be SAHJA members in good standing.
